Terms and Conditions

 

 

Deposits:-Deposits will normally be requested to be paid prior to your arrival date. These are NON-REFUNDABLE unless 7 days notice is given in writing or by e-mail, prior to your booked date of arrival.

 

If a room is not to taken and 3 full days notice is not given, then payment may be taken in full for the booked period.

 

Bookings:- A booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been received. If there is insufficient time to make a cheque deposit, then we may accept a card or Paypal deposit. A small percentage fee of 3.4% plus a one-off fee of £0.20 apply to the latter options. There is a 3% fee for credit card payments.

 

Breakages & Spillages:- Whilst we know that accidents can happen anywhere, at any time, breakages & Spillages do have to be paid for.

 

Keys:- If you lose our keys, then we have to change all the locks, a cost which is not covered by the room prices, and therefore this cost will have to paid for by the visitor.

 

Parking:- We offer some B&B parking to the rear of the property, but cars and valuables are parked at the owners own risk. Cree Villa holds no responsibility for owners vehicles and their goods held within.

 

Bike security:- we offer an external bike lock-up consisting of a strong chain secured to a granite wall. We are also happy for bikes to be parked in our ‘den’, but this is done so at the owners risk, Cree Villa holds no responsibility for owners bikes.

 

Gun and Rod security:- We have a 5 gun, gun safe and  a ceiling level rod rack, which customers are more than welcome to use, but do so at their own risk, and Cree Villa holds no responsibility for their safety.

 

Tariffs:-

.Cree Villa reserves the right to alter tariffs at any time dependant on seasonal fluctuations of demand.
