The Galloway Forest has been given “Dark Skies” status as
one of the 4 least light polluted areas in the world.
Just a few minutes drive from where we are situated are some
of the worlds finest places to star gaze.
We can provide you with a flask of hot tea or coffee to keep you warm on a cold night, or even a packed lunch to nibble on whilst gazing at the stars through the night.
